Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Operations Associate to own the day-to-day flow of orders and support. This role is customer-facing, detail-driven, and operational at its core. You’ll be the glue that connects customers, scrubbers, and internal teams—making sure every order is assigned correctly, handled efficiently, and meets our quality standards.
What You’ll Do:
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and keep our service reputation strong.
Assign and monitor orders for scrubbers, ensuring speed, accuracy, and coverage.
Track order quality and flag issues before they become problems.
Collaborate with support reps to make sure communication and operations run smoothly.

Experience in customer support, operations, or logistics.
Laser-sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills—clear, concise, and professional.
Comfortable with operational tools and tech; quick learner.
