NoScrubs is the fastest, most affordable laundry delivery service that’s ever existed. Americans spend 50 billion hours every year on the chore (equivalent to 75,000 lifetimes!).

Previous laundry delivery services were limited by a) high cost b) slow turnaround and c) limited geographic scale. So the price point and geographic limitations made them not broadly applicable. Of course there are laundromats and delivery services, but they're all severely limited. No Scrubs is using decentralized laundry locations to offer a quality of service and price point on laundry delivery that has never been possible before. We're at the ground floor startup stage. Founder/CEO (Matt, writing this👋) was previously cofounder/CEO of AdQuick.com (Zillow for billboards), worked at Amazon Flex, and was the ~20th employee at Instacart. Su (cofounder/Head of engineering) has been starting companies and writing code for a decade. We hope you're familiar with the ownership, urgency, intensity, and ambiguity of working at a startup.

We recently closed our seed round led by Initialized Capital and have raised $4M+ to date.

The Role

The role will lead our live operations for orders across multiple markets. This means live troubleshooting for various issues that arise with customers, scrubbers, and laundry locations. The role will also entail owning our Scrubber hiring pipeline to ensure we have ample candidates to onboard in each market. Finally, while handling these, we will rely on your input for product and operations adjustment to continually improve our operations and product.

You’ll be working with a variety of groups: Interacting with customers, Scrubbers (our equivalent of Instacart shoppers/Doordash drivers), local operations team, and our engineering team. You’ll both handle live issues in the moment and root cause product and operations adjustments to prevent issues in the future. Initially, this is an independent contributor role but may evolve into manager over time.

The role is in person in Austin, Texas.

Compensation will include significant equity component. Salary will be candidate-dependent with a range of $55-$75k in addition to healthcare.
