About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and hands-on Operations Associate to support our day-to-day operations in Los Angeles. This person will work directly under our operations lead and act as our on-the-ground problem solver—keeping everything running smoothly and jumping in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as on-call operational support from Friday to Sunday approximately 11AM - 7PM
Respond to real-time issues with customer orders.
Complete laundry orders, including pickup, wash, dry, fold, and delivery
Communicate clearly with customers and team members to resolve issues quickly and professionally
Must have a vehicle to travel throughout the NoScrubs LA service area
Spanish speaking idea

Requirements**
Based in or able to commute reliably to Culver City, CA 90232

Available to be on call Thursday through Sunday, until 7 p.m.

Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and car insurance

Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Physically able to lift laundry bags (up to ~30 lbs)

Experience with laundry wash-dry-fold preferred (but we’ll train the right person)
