Opportunity

Oliver is looking for an experienced Software Quality Engineer who is passionate about quality and automation to join our software development team building our flagship cloud native SaaS product. As an individual contributor this role plays a crucial role in setting and executing on the vision, process, and technology around software quality throughout our Software Development Lifecycle process.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a key contributor to the Quality function and provide technical leadership to all quality processes
• Architect, design and develop automation frameworks, quality tools, dashboards and automation that enable fast software release cycles
• Participate in architecture, design and code reviews, ensuring the team ships high quality, scalable, maintainable, testable software
• Contribute to the creation, management and execution of test cases, test suites, test runs for both manual and automated testing in order to certify all releases
• Work closely with your peers, mentor junior developers and help the team grow
• Contribute to the design, development and monitoring of integrated testing in our CI/CD pipelines and reporting
• Shape an inclusive team culture to attract strong talent while thriving in innovation, rapid technology adoption, continuous improvement, collaborative teamwork and delivery of quality technology solutions

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of relevant professional software quality engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience building automated tests, and test frameworks
• 3+ years of professional experience with Azure DevOps Test Management
• Experienced in QA processes, building in quality in all phases of the product life cycle, test automation and execution of all types of functional and non-functional tests
• Technical lead with Quality mind-set, ability to lead and coach teams on quality engineering best practices, methodologies, and solutions
• Experienced with REST APIs, Data pipelines, C# .NET, and SQL Database technologies
• Experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipeline concepts
• BS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
