OpsLab is looking for a System Reliability Engineer! The role will focus on continuous improvement, proactive maintenance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Due to the need to work on DoD projects, we only consider applications from US citizens. Currently, we are unable to sponsor visas. As the role is remote, the candidate can be based anywhere in the US with the option to work at our Austin office.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience maintaining release/deployment pipelines
• 2+ years of cloud experience (AWS)
• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes
• 1+ years of experience with Docker

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in test automation (preferably cypress)
• 1+ years of experience in Spring+Java
• 1+ years of front-end development experience (React)

Responsibilities

• Designing and managing scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
• Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems using ArgoCD, Grafana, prometheus.
• Conduct incident response and postmortems.
• Optimize performance.
• Ensure security and compliance.
• Automate deployment pipelines to maintain high availability and reliability of services.
