Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in BDR activities, a deep understanding of software sales, and fluency in English. This role is critical in driving new business opportunities and generating sales qualified leads in EMEA. The BDR will own a Sales Qualified Leads and Opportunities pipeline and quota.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the business events and entertainment venues sectors.
- Outreach: Connect with potential clients through outbound phone calls, emails, networking events, and social selling strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales performance metrics.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development Representative or similar role, preferably in software sales.
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Skills:
Willingness to grow and improve in software sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
Knowledge:
Understanding software sales.
