The Role
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations at Paradromics, with a strong focus on production scheduling to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products. This role is essential for maintaining compliance with industry regulations and quality standards while ensuring smooth production flow. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical device industry, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in supply chain management. In addition, this role includes developing purchasing strategies, policies, and procedures, and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to procure essential equipment and supplies, ultimately contributing to the success of the business.

The Role
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations at Paradromics, with a strong focus on production scheduling to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products. This role is essential for maintaining compliance with industry regulations and quality standards while ensuring smooth production flow. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical device industry, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in supply chain management. In addition, this role includes developing purchasing strategies, policies, and procedures, and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to procure essential equipment and supplies, ultimately contributing to the success of the business.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the production schedule to align manufacturing operations with demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Identify and mitigate bottlenecks in the production process to maintain efficiency and on-time delivery
- Supervise inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and improve demand planning accuracy.
- Manage and oversee the Planner/Buyer in supplier selection and contract negotiations to maintain a strong and stable supply chain.
- Oversee vendor partnerships, ensuring supplier quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness while collaborating closely with the Planner/Buyer.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain processes align with business objectives.
- Work alongside the Quality team to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate Supplier Quality Management documentation.
- Ensure efficient logistics operations, including shipping and receiving, in coordination with the Planner/Buyer.
- Evaluate key supply chain performance metrics and generate reports for senior leadership.
- Analyze demand trends and leverage data-driven insights and forecasting models to improve forecasting, inventory planning, and production scheduling, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or supply chain management, or a minimum of four years of supply chain management experience in the medical device industry.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High-level expertise in Excel and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices (e.g., FDA, ISO standards).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading NPIs in a supply chain context.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management principles.
- Experience in a rapidly scaling business within the medical device industry.
- Experience working in an ISO 13485 and FDA-compliant quality system.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs focused on OTD
