About Paradromics
Paradromics is pioneering a new generation of brain-computer interface (BCI) technology that enables direct communication between the brain and digital devices. Our Connexus® BCI platform collects neural signals at unmatched speed and fidelity and is designed for long-term therapeutic use. Our first clinical application will restore communication for individuals who have lost the ability to speak or type—unlocking a path toward broader treatments for motor, sensory, and neuropsychiatric conditions.
As we transition into clinical operations and prepare for scale, we’re building a team that blends the urgency and creativity of a tech company with the rigor of a medical device firm. That means hiring people who thrive in fast-moving, high-trust environments—and who want to play a real role in shaping the future of neurotechnology.
The Role
As Technical Strategy & Special Projects Lead, you will serve as a high-trust extension of the CEO—owning critical internal initiatives that span technical, operational, and strategic domains. You'll represent the CEO in advanced research and technical meetings, ensuring Paradromics’ priorities are championed and progress is rigorously tracked.
You’ll also drive complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end: managing thought leadership pieces with the CTO, partnering with the EA to the CEO to design leadership offsite agendas tied to big-picture objectives, and serving as our field liaison for clinical trial launches in new geographies. This role demands a unique combination of deep STEM expertise, exceptional written and oral communication, and disciplined project management.
If there’s a specialized hiring sprint, a manufacturing due diligence effort, or a workflow overhaul no one else is equipped to lead—this will be yours. Your impact will come from imposing structure on ambiguity and driving high-value initiatives to completion.
Responsibilities
We’re seeking someone intellectually curious, unflappable, and driven—someone who sees ambiguity as opportunity. This is a rare chance to operate at the strategic and technical heart of a company reshaping the future of neuroscience and neurotechnology.
