About Paradromics

Brain-related illness is one of the last great frontiers in medicine, not because the brain is unknowable, but because it has been inaccessible. Paradromics is building a brain-computer interface (BCI) platform that records brain activity at the highest possible resolution: the individual neuron. AI algorithms then decode this massive amount of brain-data, enabling the seamless translation of thought into treatments.

Our first clinical application, the Connexus® BCI, will help people who are unable to speak, due to ALS, spinal cord injuries, and stroke, to communicate independently through digital devices. However, the capabilities of our BCI platform go far beyond our first application. With the brain in direct communication with digital devices, we can leverage technology to transform how we treat conditions ranging from sensory and motor deficits to untreatable mental illness.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll help build a dependable and efficient foundation for Paradromics’ purchasing, receiving, and shipping operations. You will ensure that parts and materials move smoothly through the organization by managing routine purchases, tracking orders, receiving inbound materials, and handling outbound shipments. You’ll become a reliable operations partner—someone with a strong sense of ownership who is eager to learn, grow, and proactively take tasks off the team’s plate.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated reliability and consistency, with strong attendance and follow-through.

  • High sense of ownership; takes initiative and completes tasks without the need for constant follow-up.

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to support time-sensitive operations needs, including occasional extended hours.

  • Ability and desire to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities within operations or supply chain functions.

  • Comfortable working hands-on with fragile or small materials, packages, and lab supplies.

  • Ability and willingness to learn and use ERP systems (SEAL or similar) for receiving, order tracking, and inventory updates.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in documentation, labeling, and order verification.

  • Experience in warehouse, lab operations, supply chain, or shipping/receiving environments (preferred but not required).

  • Physical ability to lift and move materials and packages up to 40 lbs. occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with inventory management or purchasing workflows.

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or in a FDA-regulated/R&D environment.

  • Hands-on proficiency with FedEx and UPS shipping platforms.

  • Experience in regulated environments (ISO 13485, medical device, semiconductor, etc.).

  • Comfort working hands-on with materials, packages, and lab supplies (advanced proficiency).

  • Interest in developing into broader supply chain, procurement, or operations roles.
