Salary: 3K / Month

Red 6 seeks a self-motivated and detail-oriented Intern to contribute to the Program Management team for direct augmented reality headset projects to the US government and other commercial customers.

This is a position that provides an opportunity to develop skill sets within program management at a small startup (proposals, program execution, contract invoicing, leading standardization, sales forecasting, and labor forecasting).

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic fast paced, growing technology startup bringing innovative augmented technology to the front lines.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist Red 6 Program Managers and Technical Program Managers with:
• Updating standard program management operating procedures and templates.
• Understand the Unanet system for time recording, resource, and revenue forecasting.
• Organizing monthly program reviews.
• Quarterly estimate to complete forecasts.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements:

• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Work 100% onsite at the Red 6 Louisville, Colorado in office and development lab. (No remote)
• US citizenship
• 3.0 GPA or above
• Entering final year pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering management or equivalent
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Solid MS Excel skills.

Bonus:

• Higher levels of education (pursuing MBA, Masters, etc.)
• Knowledge of development process of circuit boards, machined parts, software, firmware, etc.
• Experience with aircraft

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant
