Our primary technology, supporting our ATARS product, enables pilots to simulate the cognitive challenges of flying while accessing realistic, scalable training in dynamic outdoor environments.
Job Summary
In this position you will be involved in developing your expertise in robotics, sensors, IoT, augmented reality, or virtual reality will be crucial in shaping the future of military aviation technology.
Experience, Skills, and Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
5+ years of professional C++ development
5+ years’ Experience with Python
Rapidly iterate and experiment with new augmented reality prototypes for military end-use applications
Design and implement advanced algorithms for sensor data fusion and precise object tracking
Develop solutions for object recognition and adaptive learning
Collaborate with the product team to turn your prototypes into mission-ready systems
Develop software to integrate various optical sensors to create real-time augmented reality experiences for pilots
Experience developing alongside real-world hardware applications.
Experience with Computer Vision and modern deep learning algorithms.
Familiarity with sensor-based data fusion, localization, and tracking techniques.
Familiarity with optical sensors.
Preferred: familiarity with Unreal Engine or similar game engine.
Preferred: Prior exposure to software-driven optics and commercial augmented reality prototyping.
This position may require a security clearance. To obtain clearance, employees must show proof of US Citizenship.
Salary: $140,000 to $175,000, depending on experience.
