Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, system administration, and automation, with a passion for optimizing and streamlining development workflows. As a DevOps Administrator, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our continuous integration, delivery, and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy updates and fixes to developer pipeline
Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience
Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
Develop scripts to automate data visualization
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Experience, Skills, and Required Qualifications
5+ years of DevOps or related experience
Proficient with git workflows
Experience with IaC tooling such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack, Terraform
Good knowledge of Python, Bash, PowerShell
General knowledge of security frameworks (e.g. NIST 800, CMMC, DFARS)
Problem-solving attitude
Self-motivated, comfortable working on tasks independently
Ability to balance competing priorities
This position may require a security clearance. To obtain clearance, employees must show proof of US Citizenship.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Experience working with data
Working knowledge of databases (Mongo, MySQL)
Log monitoring/analysis (Splunk, Datadog, etc.)
BI tooling (Tableau, SolarWinds, etc)
