Position Overview

We are looking for a PPC Specialist with a strong foundation in Google Ads who excels in a routine, execution-focused role. The ideal candidate thrives on consistent, day-to-day task completion, primarily focusing on executing and optimizing PPC campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and improving campaign efficiency. This is a hands-on, execution-level role, not a high-level strategic position. Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads is mandatory.

This role will involve hands-on campaign management, performance tracking, and continuous optimization to ensure that paid media strategies align with business objectives. Experience in the Self-Storage, RV, Campground, or Marina industries is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads PPC Campaign Management

  • Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search and Display Networks.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing opportunities.
  • Write and optimize ad copy to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Execute bid strategy optimization to maximize budget efficiency.
  • Implement A/B testing to refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS).
  • Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance and user engagement.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  • Improve conversion funnels and identify critical touchpoints in the customer journey.

Facebook Ads Campaign Management & Execution

  • Plan, set up, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to refine targeting based on demographics, interests, and behavior.
  • Optimize ad creatives and ad copy to improve conversions and lower CPC/CPA.
  • Fill out graphic templates for Facebook/Instagram ad creatives.
  • Implement A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and audiences for continuous performance improvement.
  • Develop and maintain remarketing and lookalike audience strategies to enhance ROAS.
  • Manage ad spend and optimize budget allocation across campaigns for maximum efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights to improve campaign results.
  • Monitor key PPC metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS to maximize campaign efficiency.
  • Use Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics for data analysis and campaign tracking.
  • Implement pixel tracking, UTM parameters, and event-based conversion tracking for accurate performance measurement.

Industry Research & Best Practices

  • Stay updated on Google/Meta Ads trends, algorithm updates, and PPC industry innovations.
  • Implement best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles, including but not limited to bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad extensions.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads tools for campaign management, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and data interpretation.
  • Direct experience with Meta Ads Manager for campaign setup and management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Meta Events Manager and conversion tracking.
  • Basic design skills or experience using graphic templates for ad creatives (e.g., for Facebook Ads).
  • Experience with Figma for design templates is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com for client calendar management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce as a company-wide CRM.
  • Industry experience in Self-Storage, RV, Campground, or Marina businesses.
