Summary
The Enterprise Implementation Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of enterprise customer implementations by owning project coordination, customer communication, and execution rigor across complex, multi-product engagements. Reporting to the Implementation Manager, Storage, this role facilitates customer kickoff calls, maintains Rocketlane project plans, delivers weekly implementation updates, and serves as a coordination point for payments enablement across Easy Payments, Sitelink, and Edge. The Project Coordinator leverages experience supporting higher-tier customers and strong presentation skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and maintain delivery confidence with enterprise stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Kickoff & Communication
- Coordinate and support enterprise customer kickoff calls, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Present project scope, timelines, roles, and next steps clearly during customer kickoff and status meetings.
- Deliver Weekly Implementation Updates for enterprise customers, providing clear status, risks, and next steps.
Rocketlane Project Coordination
- Own day-to-day Rocketlane project coordination for enterprise implementations.
- Maintain accurate task assignments, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
- Ensure Rocketlane is kept current to support internal visibility and customer transparency.
- Proactively identify risks, delays, or blockers and coordinate follow-up with the appropriate teams.
Payments Coordination
- Act as a coordination point for payments-related workflows across Easy Payments, Sitelink, and Edge.
- Track underwriting, documentation, and activation milestones to support timely payments go-lives.
- Partner with Implementation, Payments, and CSM teams to reduce delays and rework.
Cross-Functional & Higher-Tier Support Collaboration
- Coordinate across Implementation, Payments, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and clear ownership.
- Leverage prior experience supporting higher-tier or enterprise customers to manage escalations and communicate effectively under pressure.
Documentation & Process Support
- Maintain project documentation, notes, and decision logs.
- Contribute to templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for enterprise implementations.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, implementation support, customer operations, or higher-tier customer support.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-product, or enterprise-level customers preferred.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to lead customer kickoff calls and present project updates clearly to both customer and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and written communication skills.
- Experience using Rocketlane or similar project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
