About the Role

Reporting to the VP of Data Revenue Operations, the successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to dive into the data and craft an optimal go-to-market structure for all data assets and supporting operations. This role will combine a strategic analytics and problem-solving mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, CX, Finance, etc., providing thought leadership to drive the business forward.
  • Develop and influence new processes and technologies that optimize the path for supporting the business's revenue growth across all routes to market.
  • Work with leaders to create and maintain "the source of truth" dashboards across all datasets to show ROI and right investment.
  • Lead revenue forecasting and planning efforts for accurate projections and resource allocation
  • Prepare and present reports on revenue performance, trends, and initiatives to senior leadership that provide easy-to-understand insights.
  • Analyze data metrics and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Leverage data technology tools, automation software, and analytics platforms to scale and automate insights and efficiencies
  • Collaborate with other departments for aligned strategies and initiatives, especially in revenue growth. Remove silos and improve feedback loops.
  • Establish and maintain governance processes and policies for compliance and consistency in data management.
  • Define and manage monthly spending, revenue targets, and data mix.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with leaders to evaluate performance and identify areas of improvement.


  • 5 years experience working in digital media, data asset management, and Revenue Operations.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial and digital media business models, including Cost Per Acquisition - CAC, Annual Recurring Revenue, Study profitability and fulfillment, Affiliate profitability, Campaign profitability, and Spend ROI.
  • Outcome-orientated mindset with a passion for delivering a superior "customer" experience to internal stakeholders
  • Get-it-done attitude: You should not be afraid to roll up your sleeves, get into the data, and analyze the business to identify areas of improvement.
  • Does what it takes to get the job done while also thinking & acting at a strategic level.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and the skill of dealing with ambiguity.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders, using data to tell a story
  • Expert proficiency using large datasets using MySQL and Snowflake
