RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Execution

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, aligning with client expectations and contract deliverables.
  • Oversee the execution of recruitment campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and resources to address risks and prevent delays.
  • Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and analytics, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and optimise productivity.
  • Manage schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure milestones are achieved on time.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining a risk register and escalating critical issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), company SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and project documentation to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Document lessons learned and recommend process improvements for future projects.
  • Oversee project closure, ensuring deliverables are completed, approved, and evaluated for success and improvement opportunities.

Stakeholder and Client Management

  • Serve as the principal liaison for designated clients, fostering strong relationships to understand their needs and goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on study performance, addressing concerns, and resolving escalations.
  • Conduct client check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

Strategic Planning and Growth

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies that enhance study performance and align with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, client data, and study outcomes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support account growth initiatives by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities in partnership with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and business development teams.

Leadership and Team Collaboration

  • Lead by example, fostering effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, integrity, and continuous improvement within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Account or Project Management, preferably within clinical trial patient recruitment or a CRO.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial operations, patient recruitment, and healthcare industry regulations.
  • Experience in business development, client management, and contract negotiations, with a background in working with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, or research sites

Certifications: (Advantageous)

  • Project Management or equivalent certification such as PRINCE2 Foundation

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of project management
  • Proven track record of managing projects of varying complexity.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies
  • String knowledge of financial tracking (specific to study performance)
