ABOUT THE POSITION
Accelerate patient enrolment in clinical trials with Trials24/SubjectWell, facilitating access to life-changing medications. We support
biopharmaceutical companies and CROs in completing their clinical trials on time, bringing innovative drugs to patients faster.
RESPONSIBILITIES
AND
DUTIES
Patient Support & Screening
•
Deliver high-quality customer service to patients (no sales involved)
•
Guide patients through the screening process and assist them until successfully connected with a study site
Communication & Coordination
•
Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email
•
Maintain professionalism, empathy and accuracy in all interactions
Administrative Accuracy
•
Capture patient information with high attention to detail and system accuracy
•
Follow standardized processes to support smooth handovers to study sites
REǪUIREMENTS & SKILLS
•
Fluent in Czech (L1 speaker with a minimum of C2 level) and English (C1 minimum)
•
Medical Degree or Diploma or minimum 2 years’ experience in medical, paramedic or medical research role
•
Proven experience managing customer interactions via phone and email, ideally in a contact center or similar fast-paced environment
•
Strong computer literacy, confidence in navigating digital tools and ease with learning new system
