Come join us on this exciting journey!Responsibilities- Shoot and edit original short-form videos for Reels + TikTok- Repurpose podcast footage into engaging short-form clips- Add captions, effects, transitions, and trending sounds- Create weekly batches of polished, ready-to-post content- Stay on top of social trends, hooks, and best practices- Organize and deliver final files on scheduleRequired Qualifications:- Proven experience creating Reels, TikToks, or other short-form video content- Strong shooting skills using a smartphone or camera- Advanced editing ability in short-form platforms (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)- Strong understanding of trends, pacing, hooks, and platform algorithms- Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal direction- Solid time management and ability to hit weekly content deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:- Experience repurposing long-form content into short-form clips- Comfort being behind or in front of the camera- Familiarity with social content analyticsVideographer Requirements:- 3+ years as a primary video editor or creative director- Extensive experience creating videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube- Substantial portfolio of videos (must be submitted with your resume)CompensationDOETo ApplyPlease make a short video sharing who you are and what you’re about.
