    Role Summary:

    As the first hire under our Chief Product Officer, you will:

  • Help shape the design team, culture, and systems.
  • Design and build systems in Figma that adhere to an evolving style guide.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the pain points in our ecosystem of brands and content creators.
  • Have direct impact on the Trend product experience by iterating and designing features that eliminate friction.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure end product development matches with Figma mockups.
  • Collaborate with customer success team to gather feedback and deliver solutions to problems.
  • Directly work with our Chief Product Officer to bring mock ups in Figma to life in the product.
  • Design pixel perfect customer experiences.
  • Optimize the customer journey from onboarding through retention.

    • Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have 4+ years of product design experience.
  • Strong communication and ability to articulate new product ideas cross functionally.
  • Be super detail oriented and have empathy for our customer’s experience.
  • Be skilled at / have fun distilling abstract feedback into elegant product features.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of visual design and product thinking.
  • Be comfortable with requirements that are sometimes broad and ambiguous in nature while also open to working on projects with a narrow, highly defined scope.
