    • Role Summary:

    A senior full stack software engineer at Trend is expected to:

  • Be an expert in using javascript & typescript, to build web apps with React & Node.js

    • Trend’s Technology Stack Preview:

  • Services: Firebase, GCP, AWS, GitHub
  • Back End Skills: Express.js, Nest.js, Firestore, Mongo DB
  • Front End Skills: React, Next.js, Redux, Context API, Hooks
  • Write organized, readable code that is documented and can be easily maintained by others
  • Work with legacy codebase created by multiple developers. Able to decide when to update legacy code and when to migrate functionality to newer services
  • Create, manage and maintain automated pipelines for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment

    • Our ideal candidate will have:

    A strong technical background, including 5+ years of experience as a generalist working on both the frontend, backend, and anything it takes to solve problems and delight users. We work mostly with TypeScript (React, Node.js), MongoDB & Firestore.
