    • Role Summary:

    We are looking for a seasoned marketer who can build repeatable marketing processes and systems. We expect this individual to grow into scaling the marketing org at Trend.

    This individual will work directly with our CEO and Head of Growth to increase growth through our current channels and find new channels. You will need the ability to manage a few different channels simultaneously.

    This role will manage our marketing contractors and ensure consistency in Trend brand and marketing activities.

    Launch growth experiments, analyze what’s working and not working, identify opportunities in the marketing stack, and use marketing automation to improve conversion rates.

    Set up reporting and analysis for our current lifecycle funnels including both granular tracking, reporting, and experimentation results.

    Write and come up with all copy across landing pages, emails, and CTAs

    As we continue to grow, we expect this person to make hires and manage the core marketing time to increase our team’s marketing capacity.

    Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience leading marketing campaign development with a focus on brand, creative, and copy.
  • 5+ years in marketing roles (leading contractors and/or employees is a plus).
  • Deep project management experience.
  • Portfolio of previous work and projects available.
  • Data-driven with an understanding of defining, measuring, and reaching KPIs.
  • Owning and building the Trend brand and the thought leadership that supports it.
