Junior Associate, Client Solutions

The Client Solutions Junior Associate position at Unchained offers the unique opportunity to build the archetype of the future financial institution, form fit for the world of bitcoin. The Client Solutions team at Unchained is responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with clients and prospective clients in a sales capacity. The team educates high-net-worth individuals, institutions, family offices, and business operators on Unchained’s mission, value proposition, and product suite. Your primary job will be to support the team through outreach, lead qualification, fielding client inquiries, and pipeline management. If you are passionate about helping others protect their bitcoin while also empowering individuals to truly own and control their wealth, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work with the Client Solutions team to grow Unchained’s client base and build a profitable network of business
  • Direct outreach via phone, email, and other means to clients and prospects for the purpose of relationship management, education about our products and services, lead qualification, and gathering feedback
  • Perform prospecting activities for potential clients within our target market
  • Travel to conferences, events, and meetings to meet members of the bitcoin, family office, and local community to evangelize Unchained’s products and services
  • Consult with prospective clients to determine solutions best suited to their specific needs
  • Set up appointments, prepare and present proposals, and convert prospective clients
  • Communicate client feedback to the product team to inform product improvements and strategy
  • Help improve the processes and workflows that are integral to the sales function

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE

  • 2 - 5 years experience in a related field with a proven track record, ie. sales, financial services, banking and/or consulting
  • Experience in direct outreach and prospecting activities
  • Detailed knowledge of Unchained’s products and services
  • A deep understanding of bitcoin as a money and as a technology (keys, hardware wallets, and multisig)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a compressed time frame, maintaining order and efficiency at all times
  • Ability and comfort level speaking with high-net-worth individuals and key clientele to understand their needs, establish trust, and effectively market products and services
  • Strong knowledge of the bitcoin industry, products, and markets
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business (or equivalent experience)
  • Willingness to be compensated based on closed sales
  • Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Proven track record working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Preferred location: Austin, Texas
