About the Role

We’re hiring a Partnership Manager: Creators & Strategic Activations to drive partner-led reach, campaign performance, qualified user acquisition, and downstream product adoption. This role builds, manages, and activates WIN Reality’s creator, influencer, athlete, coach, and organizational partner ecosystem to produce high-impact content, campaigns, and activations that generate measurable business results.

This is a high-impact, execution-driven role responsible for building repeatable partnerships that generate measurable awareness, acquisition, and revenue impact for WIN Reality. You will develop creator, athlete, coach, and organizational partnerships that produce high-quality content, product integrations, and activations that position WIN as the authority in baseball and softball performance and training while directly driving user growth and product adoption.

You will serve as the primary relationship owner and activator across our partner network, working with creators and organizations to produce content and campaigns that are leveraged across:

  • WIN platforms (apps, in-product, SwingLabs content hub, website, social, paid)
  • Partner platforms (owned channels + whitelisted paid distribution)
  • Events, conferences, and on-site activations
  • SmartPark installations and field activations

This role requires someone who is relational, strategic, and executional, and equally comfortable building trust with elite coaches and creators while driving timelines, deliverables, and campaign outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Creator & Influencer Partnership Development (30%)

  • Build and manage a pipeline of repeat partner creators, influencers, athletes, and coaches
  • Develop long-term, mutually beneficial creator partnerships, not one-off deals
  • Identify and recruit partners aligned with WIN’s performance and training philosophy
  • Manage partnerships with creators such as training experts, hitting coaches, player developers, and performance influencers
  • Maintain active relationships with priority creator categories: Training creators, Performance coaches, Elite athletes, Baseball & softball educators

Partner Content & Distribution Activation (30%)

  • Work with partners to develop content that positions WIN as the authority in performance training
  • Partner closely with the Content Manager, who leads final execution across video, written, and social content. Serve as the bridge between partners and internal content production by defining deliverables, coordinating collaboration workflows, and ensuring partner-driven content is executed efficiently and aligned with WIN standards.
  • Ensure partner content is strategically leveraged across:
    • WIN Channels In-product integrations (TrainVR, SwingAI, Blast, SwingLabs content hub), website and blog, owned social channels, paid media creative, whitelisted paid ads
    • Partner Channels: Creator-owned social and video platforms, co-branded campaigns, whitelisted distribution through WIN ad accounts
  • Coordinate with paid media, lifecycle, and product marketing teams to ensure partner content is reused and amplified effectively

Creator & Whitelisting Ad Program (15%)

  • Own and scale the creator whitelisting program
  • Structure performance-based creator ad partnerships
  • Coordinate usage rights, permissions, and asset delivery
  • Partner with Growth/Paid Media to test and scale creator-led ads
  • Measure and optimize creator partnerships based on distribution reach, acquisition performance, and revenue contribution

Strategic Organization Partnerships (15%)

  • Cultivate partnerships with baseball and softball organizations and institutions. Example partner categories include: Leagues and associations, Travel ball organizations, Training organizations, College and pro programs, Event and tournament operators

Event & On-Site Activations (10%)

  • Own partner and creator activations at conferences, coaching conventions, tournaments, SmartPark locations, and field or facility installs
  • Coordinate: Partner appearances, Content capture, On-site promotion, Activation logistics
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Sales on SmartPark and B2B2C activations

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Partner closely with: Product Marketing, Paid Media, Lifecycle Marketing, Content Manager, Design, Sales
  • Translate partnership opportunities into: Campaigns, Content assets, Product integrations, Revenue-driving initiatives

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4+ years in partnerships, influencer marketing, creator marketing, or sports marketing
  • Proven experience managing creator or influencer partnerships
  • Experience structuring performance-based or content-based partnerships
  • Experience working with athletes, coaches, or sports organizations preferred

Domain Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of baseball and/or softball culture required
  • Deep familiarity with training, coaching, or player development ecosystems strongly preferred
  • Existing network in baseball/softball training or media is a major plus
