About WIN Reality, LLC
Description
About WIN Reality
WIN Reality is the leading platform for VR, AI, and sensor-powered athlete training. In 2025, WIN acquired Blast Motion — the gold standard in swing sensor technology — uniting WIN’s game-speed VR training and AI swing analysis with Blast’s patented sensor tech and biomechanical insights. Together, we’ve powered over 500 million swings (the largest dataset in sports), serve most MLB franchises, 300+ college programs, 200+ golf tour pros, and thousands of youth organizations. The future of player development is elite instruction, real-time feedback, and scalable technology — and that’s what we’re building.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to start by owning the Blast product line — Enterprise, Consumer, and Golf — but this role won’t stay in one lane. From day one, expect to take on broader product responsibilities across WIN Reality’s portfolio as the business demands it. You’ll report directly to the Director of Product and work closely with the CEO. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move fast with ambiguity, drive customer outcomes and business results, and communicate proactively with leadership. You’ll have a dedicated engineering team and shared design resources. We’re hiring someone who can grow with us, not just fill a box.
What You’ll Do
- Own a roadmap across Enterprise and/or Consumer: establish clear roadmaps, ensure alignment with company strategy, and own OKRs for the entire Blast product line
- Drive cross-functional execution: partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of OKR objectives. You set the pace and remove blockers
- Be the voice of the customer: conduct user research and interviews, build strong relationships with enterprise customers and the sales team, and translate insights into product decisions
- Navigate ambiguity with data: make data-driven decisions where possible, but chart a defensible path forward when data is limited. You won’t always have perfect information — you need to move anyway
- Lead the team: generate high-quality product deliverables, create buy-in on goals, grow trust across your team, establish a high-functioning development rhythm, and shift the compass toward timely, high-quality execution
- Own funnel performance and growth levers: bring a strong analytical lens to our marketing funnels and website conversion paths. Identify critical bottlenecks, run experiments, and recommend solutions — partnering with marketing, design, and data to optimize acquisition, activation, and revenue across the Blast portfolio
- Step up beyond Blast: as you ramp, take on product responsibilities across WIN Reality’s broader portfolio. We need someone who can context switch fluidly and take ownership of new areas without waiting to be asked
Key Traits We’re Looking For
We have a high bar, and not many people will clear it. Here’s what separates the right candidate from a good one
- Relentless Execution: You ensure the company gets things done. You surface blockers early, push for decisions, and drive projects to completion. You don’t let things stall in ambiguity or committee. When something is stuck, you unstick it
- Elite Efficiency: You operate at a pace that reflects a sharp, high-level thinker who leverages AI and modern tools to multiply their output. You’re not just a good PM — you’re a workhorse at the top of your game, producing at a level that makes people inspired to work with and for you.
- Bias to Action: You balance long-range planning against the need to move now. You can set and commit to ambitious quarterly targets and 10x business goals, but you’re equally willing to make a call today that deviates from the roadmap when the situation demands it. Some deviation is expected when you move fast — what matters is that every decision stays oriented toward the bigger target
- Customer & Business Clarity: You can articulate customer outcomes, metrics, and commercial impact in the same breath. You connect user problems to business results
- Leadership Communication: You’re proactive, structured, and escalate early with options — not drama. You keep stakeholders informed without being asked
- Design Partnership: You respect the craft, collaborate effectively with designers, push for quality, and know how to balance scope creep against shipping velocity
- Technical Fluency: You can explain “how it works” at a system level and speak to engineering constraints credibly. You don’t need to write code, but you need to earn engineering’s trust
Qualifications
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated time in a senior PM role shipping consumer or prosumer products
- Demonstrated experience managing products that serve both B2C and B2B audiences (e.g., individual users + teams, schools, or organizations)
- Track record of owning a product area end-to-end: from discovery and strategy through execution, launch, and iteration
- Strong analytical chops — comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.), and making data-informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you write crisp PRDs, present to executives, and rally engineering teams
- Experience working in a remote-first environment with distributed teams
- A genuine connection to sports, athlete development, or the sports technology ecosystem. It’s a plus if you played baseball, softball, or golf at a competitive level
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in sportstech, fitness tech, or gaming
- Background with AI/ML-powered features or data-driven personalization (relevant to our SwingAI and sensor data products)
- Experience launching products in new verticals or expanding into adjacent markets
- Familiarity with hardware-software product ecosystems (e.g., Meta Quest, wearables, motion sensors)
- Experience at a growth-stage startup (Series A–D) where you wore multiple hats
- Experience with enterprise product reliability, uptime, and API integration work
What We Offer
- Base salary: $130,000–$160,000 depending on experience
- Stock options: meaningful equity in a company with strong product-market fit and growing adoption across professional and amateur sports
- Fully remote: work from anywhere in the US with flexible hours
- Real impact: your product is used by MLB franchises, top college programs, and thousands of athletes every day
- High ownership, low bureaucracy: dedicated engineering team, direct report to leadership, short feedback loops, and real influence on company direction
- Growth trajectory: expanding into new sports (golf), new segments (enterprise), and new technology (AI). There’s no ceiling on what this role becomes
