We deploy our AI models on custom-made sensors that protect people’s privacy. The sensors fit into your palm, and the average setup time is under 15 minutes.

Introduction: We seek a full-time Partnerships Manager in Austin, Texas. This position is crucial for establishing and fostering relationships with agencies and other industry providers.

The ideal candidate will document and implement strategies to nurture and grow existing partnerships. They will also establish new partnerships through direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Management (60%): Document and implement processes that will help us remain top-of-mind with our partners, resulting in new revenue opportunities.
  • Prospecting (15%): Conduct research and generate contact lists to support outreach efforts. Applicable tools include Seamless AI and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Cold Outreach (15%): Provide educational information to potential partners (via phone, email, social media) to secure meetings and qualify partnership opportunities.
  • Reporting & Training (10%): Join team meetings to refine product knowledge and tactics. Maintain accurate records of outreach and nurturing activities to facilitate coaching.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in account management.
  • Excellent project management and list-based time management skills.
  • Familiarity with technology startup environments and a self-starter mentality.
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Personal Attributes

  • Able to analyze data, track metrics, and identify trends to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with partners.
  • Active listening and objection handling while maintaining a strong phone presence.

Compensation: $70K base salary plus performance-based commission ($110k OTE). We offer medical, vision, and dental insurance, as well as paid time off.
