The Opportunity
Searching for your next challenge? We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will provide pre-sales support to marketing qualified leads. This role is responsible for inbound and outbound prospecting from researched prospect lists. You will work with prospect lists generating new leads and qualifying them to speak with your partner Account Executive, the “closer.” This role is one of the first touchpoints for prospects and introductions to the company. This is a remote position.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
Research and identify potential clients in target markets. Identify and prospect through various channels including cold calling, email, outreach, and social media.
Outbound prospecting, developing and maintaining a high-level knowledge of Dropoff
Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company’s ideal client profile.
Successful skills and experience holding intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
Respond to sales inquiries, use your knowledge of the market to provide strategic pricing, and provide innovative solutions to our client's needs
Act as the subject matter expert, leveraging the company value propositions, bringing solutions to the prospective company
Use rejection as fuel to motivate and push you to work harder and smarter
Preferred Qualifications
College degree, preferred
You are skilled in applications like Salesforce or other CRM tool
You’re a creative problem solver
You’re a curious person by nature and love to learn new business models
You’ve shown a track record of self-improvement and self-motivation
You are money-motivated and desire a career in Sales or have Entrepreneurial Ambitions
